Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

Sealed Product - Sealed products are usually shipped within 1 business day of purchase. If expedited shipping is selected we will work on your order first and purchase the quickest shipping service that is available! 

LIVE Break Product - Sealed products from Poke Stocked Sealed and cards from Poke Stocked Live cannot be combined together! Each store has their own cart and shipping system. This also serves to ensure the safety of your cards!

Return Policy:

All sales are final and nonrefundable.

To maintain the integrity of our sealed product, we do not offer returns. If a product arrives damaged, or not as described, please send us an email within 48 hours of delivery and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If available, customer will pay the shipping costs to and from on returns unless otherwise discussed. 

Poke Stocked is not responsible for lost packages. Delivery location is filled out by the purchaser, all items are tracked and delivered to the shipping location. You will receive an email with the tracking information for your order once shipped.

We know that a no return policy may be nerve-wracking, but we strive to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase! With us, you know exactly who you are purchasing from. Most sellers are anonymous, however, you can see who we are on our social media and YouTube channel.  

Cancellations:

Sealed Products - Orders for sealed products are open for cancellation as long as you request to cancel prior to us shipping the product out. Please keep in mind that most orders are shipped within 1 business day. To request a cancellation, email us with "CANCEL" in the subject line followed by your order number. 

Preorder Products - Orders for preorder products cannot be cancelled.
