Shipping policy

Shipping insurance is not included and the minimum is provided by the shipping service. If you need additional insurance, please contact us prior to your order!

Poke Stocked is not responsible for lost packages. Delivery location is filled out by the purchaser, all items are tracked and delivered to the shipping location. You will receive an email with the tracking information for your order once shipped.

Products are shipped Monday - Friday.

Shipping usually takes place within 1 business day of order. Items placed with preorders will be combined and shipped on the preorder date.

There are no refunds/returns on product that has been delivered. If product arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours so we can help resolve the issue. If available, customer will pay the shipping costs to and from on returns unless otherwise discussed.  

Sealed products from Poke Stocked Sealed and cards from Poke Stocked Live cannot be combined together! Each store has their own cart and shipping system. This also serves to ensure the safety of your cards!
